How do I change or cancel my booking?

You can change or cancel your booking by logging into your account on our website or app. Go to "My Bookings" and select the booking you want to modify. Changes and cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure are free of charge. For changes made within 24 hours of departure, a fee may apply.

What if I've lost something on the bus?

If you've left something on one of our buses, please contact our Lost & Found department as soon as possible at +31 20 123 4568 or email lostfoundnetherbus.info. Please provide details of your journey and a description of the lost item. We'll do our best to locate it for you.

How much baggage can I bring?

Each passenger can bring one piece of luggage (up to 20kg) and one piece of hand luggage for free. Additional luggage can be added during the booking process for an extra fee. Oversized items such as bicycles, musical instruments, or sports equipment may require special arrangements.

Are there discounts for children, students, or seniors?

Yes, we offer various discounts:

  • Children under 4 travel for free when accompanied by an adult (no separate seat)
  • Children aged 4-11 receive a 50% discount
  • Students with valid student ID receive a 15% discount
  • Seniors over 65 receive a 10% discount

Select the appropriate passenger type during booking to receive these discounts.

Is there Wi-Fi and power outlets on the buses?

Yes, all our buses are equipped with free Wi-Fi and power outlets at every seat. The Wi-Fi connection is suitable for browsing, email, and social media. However, streaming high-definition videos may not be reliable due to varying signal strength along the routes.
